Website Marketing Messages-Are you Targeting your Online Audience?
Mon, 13 Aug 2007 01:26:31 by Cameron Winslow

With an increased emphasis on capturing new traffic generated by a properly executed and managed search engine marketing campaign, it is more important than ever for companies to have a clear strategy in conveying the proper message to their audience.

What is the point of increasing your traffic by 500% if they don't click past the first page of your website?  Companies are investing more than ever adding Flash and other components trying to look techno savvy, but often forget the end users experience of easily navigating the site and properly executing a clear call to action strategy.

While visually attractive or having corporate consistency by integrating branding colours and logos, often there is not enough consideration to what messages are sent to the end user or enhancing the overall experience of the user.

If you don't have a creative or media agency to advise you on conceptual or targeting copy to increase conversions and properly identify your specific demographic audience, there is a great article with some practical advice to ensure that your specific messages are reaching your audience.  Have a look at this link for the article by Joseph Carradis:  http://www.imediaconnection.com/content/16200.asp

By using some common sense and knowing your business markets, you can effectively convert your increased traffic and rankings to new business.
