To outsource or Not to outsource?
Tue, 27 Feb 2007 07:17:08 by Jayson Munday

The question has bee raging since the dawn of SEO, should companies outsource their SEO needs or handle the project in-house? The debate rages on both sides, yet still there is no clear definitive answer.

The question I put forward to you is, “Why do you outsource your marketing and advertising?” Why is it that day after day companies outsource this necessity? Is it because the advertising and marketing firms are the experts in their field? Is it the time that a company can save by outsourcing their requirements to a third party? Is it so the staff can concentrate on the primary goal of the business? I’d say it is a combination of these things and much more.

Then why is it that when it comes to handling the company’s online marketing the question still needs to be asked? SEO, I feel, should be handled in exactly the same manner as the rest of the company’s advertising and marketing, outsource. The reasons for outsourcing your marketing and advertising can also be applied to outsourcing your SEO.

The world of SEO changes pretty much on a daily basis. You need to stay on top it. So why not outsource? Let your online marketing be handled by professionals. Look at it as a little investment to significantly increase your return on investment.
