A new social media site called Sphinn has launched recently. It's similar to Digg but is aimed at those within the search and online marketing industry.
It's been created by Danny Sullivan, formerly of Search Engine Watch, and most interestingly has only been launched via the various forums and blogs relating to search - no massive fanfare (nothing yet anyway).
The site is well-structured and simple to use - it will be interesting to see if the content will remain useful and doesn't degrade into a lot of self-promotion (what would you expect from a group who's whole mission is to promote themselves and others.. far too tempting).
