Google has landed back in a Sydney Court over another incestuous relationship with commercial partner Trading Post. Anyone with common sense has known about the preferential treatment and deceptive PPC placements certain customers receive with "Organic results" but this was a blatant one.
We have noticed a change in PPC already with several of our Clients not competing with companies bidding on their own brand name in Organic Tags and PPC bidding.

We will be monitoring this closely as it progresses through the system but also in the already evident altering of Google's behaviour.
